Charlie’s little sister opens her salon doors for fundraising event

On Sunday 26th September, Charlie’s younger sister Alex, opened her salon There She Glows for an incredible fundraising event.

The salon was open all day for appointments with her colleague Jackie.  All proceeds for all beauty and massage treatments were donated to the foundation.

She also enlisted the help of local business Vixen and Tod who sold candles and melts with 25% of sales being donated to CDLF.

Richard and Georgia from local artisan bakehouse, Jacks Bakehouse sold delicious cakes and bakes with all sales being donated to CDLF.

The salon day raised a huge £1120.00

Alex said “In 2017 Charlie encouraged me to go it alone he shared his knowledge of business to help me get up and running. Its hard to be open about our loss but we are making a difference and that is what it is all about.  That’s what Charlie always wanted, to help other people, so that’s what we will do, for him”
