Charlies Army flying the flag at the Great North Run

One of our very own Charlies Army, Tim Brown ran the 2021 Great North Run on behalf of the CDLF foundation.  He was proud to fly the flag for Charlie, spreading the word which in turn we hope starts honest and open conversations, breaking the stigma of mental health.

Tim said “With every step of the way of course I thought of Charlie but also the thousand of other lives lost”

Tim completed the race in 1 hour 34 minutes massive well done to you we are so proud.
